Read this carefully. Polymarket EA is financial software that can lose you money. By creating an account you accept the risks described below. If you are a US person, do not use this service — Polymarket itself blocks US-based trading.

1. Service description

Polymarket EA is a multi-tenant SaaS that automates prediction-market trading on Polymarket (Polygon). Three plans are offered:

  • Free — €0, 3 paper positions, 5 strategies.
  • Pro — €29/month, 25 positions, all 16 strategies, chat, API access.
  • Elite — €99/month, unlimited positions + Elite-only strategies.

2. Eligibility

  • You are not a US person (Polymarket and Kalshi policy).
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You are not on any EU sanctions list.

3. Disclaimers (the fine print)

3.1 Not investment advice. Polymarket EA is a tool, not an advisor. Nothing in the briefs, charts, signals, or chat responses constitutes investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trades.

3.2 Total-loss risk. Prediction markets are zero-sum and many are illiquid. You can lose 100% of any capital deployed. The paper-trading mode exists for you to validate strategies before risking capital.

3.3 No guaranteed returns. Sharpe ratios, win rates, and backtest results from our research do not predict future performance.

3.4 Software bugs. Despite 363+ automated tests, this software is provided "as-is". Bugs may cause unintended trades. We may yank a release and refund remaining subscription time at our discretion.

3.5 Third-party services. Polymarket, Stripe, Cloudflare, and others have their own ToS that apply to you. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

4. Live trading requires explicit arming

Live trading is off by default. To enable live trading for your account, you must call POST /admin/clients/{id}/arm with a confirmation token. The kill switch PMBOT_KILL_SWITCH=true stops all trading globally without notice.

5. Refunds & cancellations

  • Monthly plans: cancel any time from your Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds within 14 days of first charge: full, no questions.
  • Refunds after 14 days: prorated, at our discretion, except where prohibited by EU consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Trade on behalf of a US person.
  • Front-run or manipulate market prices.
  • Reverse-engineer or resell the service.
  • Interfere with other users' access.
  • Violate EU AML / sanctions rules.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will always warn first unless the violation is illegal.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are resolved in Madrid courts, except where EU consumer law grants you a more favorable forum.
